Amanda van Jacobs

Amanda Van Jacobs is a dedicated nutrition professional with extensive experience in dietetics. Currently serving as an Instructor at Loyola Medicine since January 2023, Amanda teaches Advanced Medical Nutrition Therapy for the Loyola Dietetic Intern tract. In conjunction with this role, Amanda is a Registered Dietitian at FAY Nutrition, specializing in renal health, diabetes, and weight management. Additionally, since May 2018, Amanda has worked as a Solid Organ Transplant Dietitian at Rush University Medical Center, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate transplant patients.
