Christopher Kirt holds an MBA from the Indiana Institute of Technology and a BS in Medical Laboratory Sciences from Northern Illinois University. Currently serving as a Process Excellence Consultant I at Loyola Medicine since November 2025, Christopher has previously held roles as an Operational Excellence Partner at UChicago Medicine and as a Laboratory Manager at UChicago Medicine AdventHealth. With extensive experience at Alverno Laboratories, Christopher served in multiple roles, including Laboratory Director, System Quality Program Coordinator, Point of Care Coordinator, and Clinical Laboratory Scientist, over a span of nearly 15 years. Additionally, Christopher holds certifications in laboratory science and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
