Lou Pierce

Lou Pierce is the founder and president of Big Idea, LLC, a media consulting and public relations firm based in Mishawaka, Indiana. He is a former broadcast executive with expertise in reputation management, brand-building, public relations and advertising.

Pierce has received more than 500 professional awards, including 19 Emmy nominations, six Emmy Awards, International Monitor Awards, ADDYs, Tellys, national Gabriel Awards and recognition by New York Film Festivals, the Associated Press, the NBC television network and the Indiana Broadcasters Association. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Notre Dame and serves on several not-for-profit boards, committees and foundations including Notre Dame Federal Credit Union and the Center for History in Northern Indiana.
