Dow Scott

Dow Scott, Ph.D., is a distinguished academic and consultant in human resources and employment relations, currently serving as a Professor at Loyola University Chicago since 1996. In addition to this role, Dow Scott has been the President and Senior Consultant at Performance Development International, LLC, since 1994, providing expert guidance on aligning HR programs with business strategies to optimize resource investment. Prior experience includes a professorship in human resources at Virginia Tech from 1979 to 1996 and a role as a Human Resource Specialist at B.F. Goodrich Company from 1974 to 1976. Dow Scott holds a Ph.D. in Human Resources and advanced degrees from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Idaho State University.
