Charlotte Neser has a diverse work experience in the fields of lacrosse coaching, operations, and marketing. Charlotte began their career as a Marketing Intern at Camden Riversharks in 2009. From 2010 to 2012, they worked in Memberships and Marketing at Drexel Recreation Center. In 2011, they joined Phantastixs Lacrosse Club as a coach, a role they held until 2014. In 2012, they became an ACHIEVE Center Graduate Assistant at Drexel University. Charlotte also participated in an International Coaching Program with Global Players in 2012. In 2014, they joined Loyola University Maryland as the Director of Lacrosse Operations. In 2015, Charlotte took on the role of a Head Lacrosse Coach for the C2 Lacrosse team while also working as a Receptionist at True Sports Physical Therapy until 2016.
Charlotte Neser earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from Drexel University in 2012. Charlotte went on to complete a Master of Science degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration at Drexel University from 2012 to 2014.
