Melissa Marsh

Melissa Marsh has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Melissa started their career as a Human Resources Director at N9NE Group, where they handled recruitment and training for employees in venues within the Palms Casino Resort. Melissa then worked as a Human Resources Manager at Greenspun Media Group, where they managed HR functions and provided training on various topics. As an Independent Consultant, Melissa supported HR programs and initiatives for clients, which led their to launch their own consulting company called HRinDemand, LLC. In this role, they provided a range of HR consulting services, including recruitment, employee handbook customization, and termination practices. Currently, Melissa serves as the Human Resources Director at LP Insurance Services, overseeing internal HR consulting services.

Melissa Marsh obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno from 1990 to 1995. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, completing their degree from 1995 to 1998.
