Haris J. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Haris started their career at Porsche as an intern in Group Strategy, focusing on Supplier & Financial Risk Management. Haris then interned at Bergos Berenberg in Investment & Active Advisory for a short period. Haris then moved on to the Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT), where they worked as a Microsoft Infrastructure Consultant at the Institute for Programming Structures and Data Organisation. Haris subsequently joined UBS as a Financial Analytics Specialist and later became a Business Manager in CEE Wealth Management. Following their time at UBS, Haris worked at Capco as a Management Consultant, primarily focusing on Wealth & Asset Management. Currently, Haris is employed at LPA as the Lead Digital Product Transformation for Wealth & Asset Management.

Haris J. completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, Haris obtained certifications as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2021, and is currently pursuing a specialization in Decentralized Finance (DeFi): The Future of Finance at Duke University, with an expected completion date in 2022.
