Civil Design Engineer

LPA is seeking a passionate Civil Design Engineer to join our integrated team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects and master planners. As a member of our civil engineering team, you will work on a broad range of projects from office, education and recreation buildings to complex laboratories, health care facilities, and performing arts centers.

What you will do:

• Assist Project Engineers and Project Managers in the execution of specific assignments
• Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development and construction documents
• Review and process construction administration documents
• Active in professional associations

Civil Design Engineer Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D preferred
• Engineer in Training License required
• Broad knowledge and experience in civil engineering and site development
• Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment
• Curious and open minded to learn
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
