Cynthia Dunnells

Cynthia Dunnells is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in land development, transportation, and infrastructure projects. Currently serving as a Civil Engineer / Project Engineer at LPA Inc. since January 2016, Cynthia previously worked at Kitchell from March 2008 to January 2016, contributing to the Engineering and Architectural Services team. Prior experience includes roles at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. (October 2005 - February 2008), where Cynthia focused on design for various commercial and residential projects, and Sanders and Associates Geostructural Engineering (September 2004 - August 2005), where expertise developed in land development and structural design. Cynthia began their career at Peabody Engineering (May 2000 - August 2004) as a drafter and junior engineer, gaining foundational knowledge in civil engineering. Cynthia earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University-Sacramento in 2002.
