Kelvin Carter, RCDD, is an experienced low voltage systems engineer and consultant with a diverse background in technology design and management. Currently serving as an ICE Senior Engineer at Stanford Health Care - ValleyCare and a Senior Technology Manager at LP Consulting Engineers, Inc., Kelvin has also held the position of Managing Director and Technology Project Manager at LPA, Inc. since 2015. Previous roles include Sr. Consultant at Angus-Hamer, Inc., Owner of Carter Technology Design, and Technology Program Manager at Capital Program Management, along with project management at Quest Media & Supplies, Inc. Kelvin's expertise encompasses structured cabling, fiber optics, audio visual systems, CCTV, and telecommunications, alongside a strong emphasis on design coordination and owner representation.
