Perla Aguayo

Perla Aguayo is an accomplished architectural professional with extensive experience in project management and design coordination, currently serving as Design Coordinator II at LPA, Inc. since August 2023. Previously, Perla held various roles at Winder Gibson Architects, progressing from Senior Job Captain to Project Manager II, where significant contributions included the implementation of project management software and development of project schedules for single-family projects. Prior experience includes positions at LDP Architecture, KTGY Architecture + Planning, and 4C Design Group, focusing on residential and commercial remodels, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and efficiency. Perla holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree with a minor in Sustainable Environments from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and has participated in studies at Virginia Tech.
