Walter Estay

Walter Estay is an accomplished architectural professional with extensive experience in managing design firms and overseeing client relationships. As the Managing Director at LPA, Inc. since February 2018, Walter leads the company's operations and strategic direction. Previously, Walter served as Managing Principal-Northern California at IBI Group and held the position of Principal at Stantec, where responsibilities included leading architectural projects and client management. With a background as Principal at SHW Group and Tate Snyder Kimsey Architects, Walter has a strong focus on business development and fostering client partnerships. Walter holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Houston and has additional education from the University of Nevada-Reno.
