Sonaly Dudheker has a diverse work experience in the field of architecture and design. Sonaly is currently serving as the Managing Director-Workplace Interiors at LPA, Inc. since May 2022. Previously, they worked at H. Hendy Associates from 2011 to 2022, where they held the positions of Studio Director-Nonprofit Studio and Senior Associate, Project Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Architects Orange as a Project Manager Jr. from 2003 to 2011. Sonaly Dudheker is a WELL AP, Fitwel Ambassador, and LEED AP.

Sonaly Dudheker has a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree from the University of Mumbai. Sonaly has also obtained additional certifications including being a Fitwel Ambassador from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) and a LEED AP Building Design + Construction from the US Green Building Council - Orange County. Sonaly is also a WELL AP certified by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).
