Crystal Aistrop currently serves as the Human Resources Director at LPI, Inc. since March 2021, following a progressive career in human resources and safety roles at VFP, Inc. from 2005 to March 2021, where responsibilities included Safety Coordinator and Human Resources/Safety Coordinator. Crystal Aistrop began the professional journey in human resources as a Human Resources and Safety Assistant. Educational background includes studies at Mountain Empire Community College, located in Big Stone Gap, Virginia.
