Gundars Ruza

Gundars Ruza serves as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at ASNS Ingredient, the first protein isolate production plant in Northern and Eastern Europe, with the facility launching expected in 2027. As an Independent Member of the Supervisory Board at Latvenergo AS and Chairman of the Board at LATMALT SIA, Gundars Ruza supports local producers in the Baltic region. Additionally, as Chief Financial Officer and Board member at LPKS LATRAPS, Ruza oversees the holding company's operations, facilitating trade among Latvian farmers. Previous experience includes a decade in various leadership roles at Moller Auto Baltic and Moller Real Estate Baltic, as well as financial oversight at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen. Gundars Ruza holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Law from Latvijas Universitate and has completed executive education at INSEAD and Board Member Education at the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance.
