Adithya Chillarige possesses over 7 years of leadership experience in technology roles, currently serving as AVP and Tech Lead at LPL Financial since November 2016, where management of a 10-member SRE and Development Team has been key. Proficient in monitoring and visualization tools such as Dynatrace, ELK, and Grafana, Adithya's previous positions include Development Technical Lead at Cognizant and Capgemini, Technical Lead at IGATE, and various software engineering roles in academic institutions. Adithya holds a Master of Technology in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, complemented by a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the same institution.
