Ed Dominguez, CFP®, currently serves as Vice President and Head of Community Bank & Credit Union Recruiting at LPL Financial since November 2009, where responsibilities include demonstrating how financial institutions can enhance their retail investment programs through partnerships with LPL Financial. A seasoned leader, Ed has held various positions at LPL Financial, including Vice President of Institution Services, where Ed led teams in complex relationship management and consultancy. Previously, Ed contributed to Broadview Federal Credit Union as Director of Wealth Management, significantly increasing assets under management. Ed's experience also includes roles at Pioneer Bank and Morgan Stanley, focusing on investment services and client development. Ed holds a BA in Political Science from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
