Heather Johnson

Heather Johnson currently holds the position of Senior Vice President for the NextGen Platform at LPL Financial since May 2024. Prior to this role, Heather served as Head of Product and User Experience at Wedbush Securities from March 2022 to May 2024. Heather has extensive experience in the financial sector, having worked as Director of Digital at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from September 2018 to March 2022 and as a Senior Consultant at Capco, specializing in Digital Wealth and Asset Management, from March 2016 to September 2018. Earlier in their career, Heather was a Research Analyst at Lexington Partners, where responsibilities included monitoring asset portfolios and conducting due diligence. Heather also contributed as a Content Creator for the audio English learning app Liulishuo and served as a Student Ambassador at the USA Pavilion during the World Expo in Shanghai in 2010. Heather earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Mandarin Chinese from Clemson University and completed a program at General Assembly in 2017.
