Jack Hoyt

Jack Hoyt has over two decades of experience in compliance, legal, and risk management, predominantly at LPL Financial since January 2000. As Vice President of Compliance, Legal & Risk, Jack specializes in regulatory remediation and project management. Previous roles include Vice President of Product Risk Management, where Jack established a new product risk framework and chaired the Product Review Committee, and Vice President of Internal Audit, overseeing enterprise risk management and conducting audits. Jack's leadership extended to assistant vice president and director positions, focusing on compliance initiatives and internal audit programs. Earlier career experience includes project leadership roles and vessel coordination at Maersk Group. Jack earned a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Western Washington University.
