Jodie Williams

Jodie Williams has extensive experience in quality assurance and operations management, currently serving as Assistant Vice President of the Quality Assurance Service Integration Team at LPL Financial since July 2015. Previously, Jodie held various leadership roles at Tribune Media Services from 2001 to 2014, including Executive Director of Content Operations, where responsibilities included managing data aggregation for 250 employees and a $12M budget, as well as ensuring the integrity of database products for over 4,000 clients. Jodie also directed project and quality management initiatives and led a support team for newspaper customers. Earlier experience at TVData Technologies involved overseeing customer service and sales support functions. Jodie holds a Human Resources Certificate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a BA in Literature/Rhetoric, Journalism, and Music Theory from Binghamton University.
