Karena Neubauer

Karena Neubauer is an experienced legal professional specializing in securities litigation and enforcement. Currently serving as SVP and Head of Regulatory Enforcement at LPL Financial since February 2022, Karena previously held the position of VP and Associate Counsel at the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Counsel at WilmerHale from September 2014 to June 2021, where involvement in securities litigation and enforcement was a focus. Additional roles include internships and summer associate positions at OMNIA STRATEGY LLP, Phillips Lytle LLP, and WilmerHale, as well as a legislative aide position in the United States Senate. Karena holds a law degree from Boston College Law School and an undergraduate degree from Boston College.
