Terry Paltadakis

Terry Paltadakis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources information systems (HRIS) and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of HR Operations & Systems Management at LPL Financial since July 2014, Terry previously held the role of Vice President of HRIS and Reporting. Prior experience includes a decade at Thermo Fisher Scientific as Senior Manager of HRIS, overseeing global implementations of Workday, as well as prior roles at Peregrine Systems, 24 Hour Fitness, Rodale Inc., and Mantissa Computers Inc., where Terry managed various HRIS functions and technical services. Terry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Lehigh University.
