Jeffery Siau

Jeffery Siau serves as the Head of Infrastructure Managed Services at LPS since March 2022, overseeing a team of support engineers delivering IT Infrastructure Managed Services to external accounts in the region. Prior to this role, Jeffery led the Backup and Restore team for a large managed services account at Hitachi Vantara as a Specialist Integration Engineer from October 2013 to March 2022, where responsibilities included the delivery and consultancy of various HDS products. Jeffery's previous experience includes positions such as Senior Systems Engineer at GCIS Sdn Bhd, System Administrator at CSC, and Backup & Storage Administrator at GlaxoSmithKline, with a strong focus on backup and storage technologies. Jeffery began the career as a Systems Engineer at BT Frontline Technologies Sdn Bhd and IB Systems Sdn Bhd. Jeffery holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Network Computing from Coventry University.
