Loretta leads the talent pipeline, onboarding, and staffing for all LPW projects. Her focus is obtaining key talent and leveraging them effectively across all LPW projects worldwide. An advocate to LPW Project Managers, Loretta assigns projects to personnel that align with their customer’s business objectives, learning initiatives, and areas of expertise.

With over 10 years of experience at LPW, Loretta is often the go-to person in their office. Her dedication to the LPW mission is unmatched.

Highly competent in developing and implementing HR strategies, Loretta is committed to continuous improvement.

Prior to joining LPW, Loretta had long and successfully tenure at Paramount Pictures in Human Resources, Lehman Brothers in Training and Recruiting and at Media Syndication Global in Operations Management.

Loretta is passionate about good food and fine wines. She is fascinated with new recipes and wine pairings. While not at LPW, you can find Loretta cheering on her collegiate student athlete on the pool decks.

Loretta holds a degree in Business Administration from New York University.
