New Call Center in Albuquerque! LQ Digital is a performance marketing agency with a single mission: To help brands grow by acquiring their best customers.  With more than 15 years behind us and nearly 200 employees across the US, our new presence in New Mexico will fuel our future growth. LQ is looking for enthusiastic agents to join our team.

You will be a great fit with our team if you are: ·       Comfortable spending your day on the phone helping people. ·       Have a positive, professional attitude. ·       Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic. ·       Enjoy providing excellent customer service.   A typical day’s responsibilities include: ·       Fielding calls to and from consumers or existing customers of our clients, who have inquired about our clients’ services. ·       Calls are fully scripted and require you to ask series of short questions. ·       Record call information to internal system. ·       Transfer calls to the client's sales representative.   ·       The pace is quick and most of your time will be on the phone.   Job Requirements (Volunteer/non-profit work included): ·       Strong communication skills. ·       Experience working with computers. ·       Previous call center or customer service experience. ·       Military sensitivity a plus. ·       Must pass a drug test and background test.
