Lorger Geronimo has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Lorger started their career in 2004 as a Team Leader at McDonald's Canada, where they focused on training and customer satisfaction. In 2007, they joined Language Research Development Group as a Finance Administration Clerk and eventually became an Account Manager, responsible for managing client relationships and producing reports. From 2012 to 2015, Lorger served as a Senior Account Manager and Operations Manager at the same company, where they oversaw day-to-day activities and became an expert in operations processes. In 2015, they joined Adapt2Me as a Business Development Manager. Currently, Lorger works as the Director of Operations at LRDG Language Research Development Group, where they manage five different departments and enhances operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
