Ann Song

Ann Song is a 35-year mortgage services industry veteran. She oversees the Appraisal and REO/Asset Management and Disposition divisions. Prior to LRES, Ann was at U.S. Bank National Association, where she provided supervisory guidance in REO asset disposition, overseeing multiple default department quality control processes.
