Lori Blander, MS, ACC, is the President and Principal Consultant of The Blander Group, LLC, an Organizational Development firm established in February 2015, dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of organizations and individuals through collaborative partnerships. In addition to leading The Blander Group, Lori serves as a Consultant and Executive Coach at Leadership Research Institute and CCI Consulting, as well as at BehavioralOS. Previous roles include Senior Organizational Development Consultant at MedStar Health and Adjunct Professor in the HR Development Masters Program at Towson University. Lori holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development and Strategic Human Resources from The Johns Hopkins University and possesses additional certificates in mediation skills and coaching.
