Courtney Thomas

Courtney Thomas is an experienced professional currently serving as a Business Solutions Manager at LRN since January 2021, where responsibilities include assisting partners with the adoption and use of solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience. Previously, Courtney worked at NAVEX Global from June 2013 to January 2021, initially as an Implementation Manager, focusing on customer training service implementation, and later as a Legal Team Coordinator, handling contract management and communications. Courtney holds a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Biology from Western Oregon University and a Certificate in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from the International TEFL Academy, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Western Oregon University.
