Jim Walton

Jim Walton, CCEP, currently serves as Director of Advisory Services at LRN since October 2016, where responsibilities include partnering with leading companies to enhance their Ethics & Compliance programs, including the creation of transformative codes of conduct. Previously, Jim Walton held various roles at Nokia from September 1998 to September 2016, including Compliance Officer for North America, overseeing the development and execution of ethics and compliance programs, and Senior Compliance Program Manager, managing a team to establish effective compliance initiatives. Additionally, Jim Walton was the International Environmental, Health & Safety Manager, leading global initiatives for EH&S policies. Jim Walton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Rutgers University.
