Raviindra Kirpane

Raviindra Kirpane has a strong background in technology and leadership roles. Raviindra started their career as a Programmer at the Industrial Development Bank of India in 1993 and then worked as a Sr Software Engineer at Convergys for six years. Raviindra later became an IT Director at Reinsurance Group of America from 2003 to 2008. Raviindra then joined Protective Life - APD as a Director of Admin System from 2008 to 2011. Raviindra then worked as the VP of Engineering at SurePrep India Pvt. Ltd. from 2011 to 2014. Raviindra then became a Senior Program Manager at Monsanto Company from 2014 to 2015. Raviindra also served as the Technology Head at The Home Salon from 2015 to 2016. Currently, Raviindra is the VP of Technology at LRN, where they have played a key role in migrating the application stack to AWS, finalizing the Data Analytics stack, and evaluating GraphQL for API publication.

Raviindra Kirpane completed a certification in Artificial Intelligence from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2020. In 2013-2014, they participated in the One Year Leadership Program at INSEAD, focusing on General Management. Raviindra'searliest education was at the Atomic Energy Central School from 1971 to 1983, where they obtained their SSC degree in Science. Raviindra Kirpane also holds additional certifications including Professional Agile Leadership I from Scrum.org and various certifications from Microsoft Office Training, the Project Management Institute, and Sun Microsystems.
