Ad van der Burgt

Ad van der Burgt is a seasoned professional in quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) management, currently serving as the Senior Consultant and owner of COBRA Management since August 2005. With extensive experience as a freelance Lead Assessor for various international standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, Ad has a strong background in safety engineering, risk analysis, and business continuity management. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Buro Cleijsen de Lange and Buro de Lange, where Ad specialized in occupational health and safety and environmental assurance. Ad holds an aeronautical engineering degree from Delft University of Technology and has pursued further education in psychology and health and safety management. Additionally, Ad is the treasurer for the Cobra Club Netherlands, a non-profit organization for Cobra car enthusiasts.
