Rosalind Gichuru

Rosalind Gichuru is an experienced food safety professional with a robust background in auditing, consulting, and training. Currently serving as the Owner and Food Safety Consultant at Supreme Food Safety Solutions since April 2013, Rosalind has held multiple roles as a Lead Food Safety Auditor at AssureCloud and LRQA since October 2022 and July 2020, respectively. Prior experience includes significant auditing roles at SAI Global Assurance and SGS, as well as a position as a Food Safety Trainer at SA GAP. Rosalind's foundational experience in food safety began with QPRO International as a Food Safety Auditor and Key Account Manager, following roles in quality assurance and process chemistry at Del Monte Foods Private Limited and The Coca-Cola Company. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Nairobi, earned from 1990 to 1994.
