Syifa Hidayati

Syifa Hidayati has a significant amount of experience in corporate communications and media-related roles. Syifa currently holds the position of Head of Corporate Communications at LRT Jakarta since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at PT Astra International Tbk, where they served as an Assessor of Astra Communications Management System from September 2019 to December 2022. At the same company, they also worked as Corporate Communications at Yayasan Pendidikan Astra - Michael D. Ruslim from October 2017 to December 2022.

Before joining PT Astra International Tbk, Syifa worked at PT PAM LYONNAISE JAYA, where they held roles in Media & Marketing Communications from January 2015 to October 2017, and in External Communications from December 2012 to January 2015.

Syifa began their career as a Media Relations Intern at Fortune PR in August 2007.

Syifa Hidayati completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Image Management from LSPR Communication and Business Institute from 2008 to 2012. Syifa then pursued their Master's degree in the same field at Trisakti University from 2015 to 2017.

In terms of additional certifications, Syifa obtained the "Komunikasi Korporasi Madya" certification from PT Astra International Tbk in August 2022. Syifa also became an Associate Member of Indonesia Public Relations (AMIPR) through PERHUMAS in May 2022. Additionally, they received accreditation in Public Relations (PR) from the Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) in 2019.

Furthermore, Syifa acquired the Astra Communications Management System Assessor certification from PT Astra International Tbk in 2019. Syifa also completed the Astra Basic Management Program at the same institution, although the specific dates are not provided.
