Marius Dičkus has extensive experience in public procurement and management within various governmental and public organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Public Procurement at LRT since June 2023, Marius previously held the position of Head of General Affairs at the Audiosesory Library of Lithuania from February to June 2023. Prior roles include Head of Procurement Division at JUDU from May 2019 to January 2023, and Head of Procurement Division at the Ministry of Social Security and Labour from October 2012 to May 2019. Earlier in Marius's career, the role of Head of Law and Management Division was fulfilled at the Department of Supervision of Social Services under the same ministry from August 2004 to October 2012. Marius holds multiple degrees in law and finance, including a Master's degree in Financial Law from Mykolas Romeris University and two degrees from Lietuvos teisės universitetas.

Lithuanian National Radio and Television (LRT) is a non-profit public broadcaster that has been providing regular radio services since 1926 and television broadcasts since 1957. LRT joined European Broadcasting Union in 1993. LRT operates three national television (LRT TELEVIZIJA, LRT PLIUS, LRT LITUANICA), three radio channels (LRT RADIJAS, LRT KLASIKA, LRT OPUS) and internet channel LRT.lt. LRT RADIJAS, the main LRT radio station, has the biggest share in Lithuanian radio market and pays most of attention to the operative news and educative on-air production.
