Sam Backenroth

Sam Backenroth is an accomplished financial executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the biotechnology sector. Currently serving as CFO and in strategic leadership at LS Associates, Sam partners with executives to solve complex business challenges. As co-founder of ImmuneWalk Therapeutics, Sam is involved in developing innovative therapeutics for immune diseases. Previous roles include CFO at Vascular Biogenics Ltd. and NeuBase Therapeutics, as well as co-founder of Orphion Therapeutics. Sam's career also includes significant contributions as Vice President of Business Development and CFO at Ohr Pharmaceutical and experience as an investment banking associate at The Benchmark Company. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Touro University.
