Reena Parangot

Reena Parangot's work experience includes roles as a Senior Engineer Technical Lead at LS Technologies since 2022, where they provide support for the Federal Aviation Administration's NextGen Program. Prior to this, they worked at Collins Aerospace, starting in 2003. At Collins Aerospace, they held various roles such as Senior Engineering Manager, Director of Systems Engineering, and Technical Project Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for product development, project management, team leadership, and collaboration with stakeholders. They also successfully launched a new web-based software product and developed a first-to-market product.

Reena Parangot holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management, with a Project Management Certificate, from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Physics from the University of Kerala. In terms of additional certifications, they have completed courses in Project Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, Enterprise Architecture Foundations from LinkedIn, Building High-Performance Teams from LinkedIn, and Creating a Product-Centric Organization from LinkedIn.
