Olivia Frick

Olivia Frick is currently the Director of Business Development at LS3P Associates. Olivia has over fifteen years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on business development and project management.

Olivia began their career as an assistant project manager at The Haskell Company in 2005. Olivia was quickly promoted to project manager, and then left the company in 2006 to join River City Contractors, Inc. as a business development and project manager. In this role, they were responsible for estimating, project management, and sales for the company.

In 2016, Olivia joined Procrete Systems of Florida, LLC as their regional manager and social media coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for managing all branch finances, assisting with project scheduling, ordering materials, and coordinating deliveries. Olivia also created and managed the company's social media accounts, and helped develop a new website for the company.

In 2018, Olivia left Procrete Systems to join Charles Perry Partners, Inc. as their director of business development. In this role, they were responsible for bringing in new customers and developing new market sectors for the company.

Olivia is currently employed at LS3P Associates as their business development manager. In this role, they are responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients.

Olivia Frick has a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is certified by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation as a Certified General Contractor.
