Roger Attanasio

Principal and Vice President Roger Attanasio brings more than 30 years of experience as a project architect with a strong background in structural engineering. As the firm’s Quality Leader, he is involved in client and consultant contract/negotiations, all phases of design and documents, quality assurance, construction administration, and post occupancy services.

Experienced in design-build, lump sum, negotiated, and cost-plus contracts, Roger’s knowledge and ability to communicate with all parties is truly his strongest asset. More recently, while leading the firm’s quality assurance efforts, Roger has been involved in all aspects of monitoring and supervising construction to verify compliance with construction documents and to coordinate performance among the entire project team to satisfy the client’s expectations. During periodic field visits, he meticulously notes work accomplished and will comprehensively discuss future tasks with the contractor to review proper sequence and a smooth, coordinated workflow.
