Bertrand Liber

Bertrand Liber is an experienced executive with a strong background in the insurance sector. Since February 2008, Bertrand has served as President and Directeur Général of Ascentiel Groupe, an independent brokerage specializing in non-life insurance for individuals and professionals. Prior to this role, Bertrand held key positions including Director of Life Programs at ACE, where responsibilities involved formulating the life insurance strategy for ACE Europe's Consumer Lines Division, and EVP Europe Sales, Corporate Marketing & Alliances at Prima Solutions. Bertrand also has significant experience with Scor Vie, leading underwriting and business development teams in both the French bancassurance market and Central & Eastern Europe. Earlier in the career, Bertrand was Business Development Manager at Gan Assurance, focusing on the Hong Kong non-life subsidiary. Bertrand holds a Master in Sociology from Sciences Po and a DEUG in Law from the Centre Juridique Franco-Allemand.
