Karina Aju

Summer Legal Intern at LSAC

Karina Aju's work experience includes a summer legal internship at the Law School Admission Council (LSAC), where they received training in client intake, legal research and writing, and communication skills. Karina also assisted in providing Pro Bono legal services to a nonprofit organization and gained hands-on experience in real-world legal matters.

In addition, they were a student at West Coast EMT-EMT School, where they underwent comprehensive training in emergency medical procedures, patient assessment, and treatment techniques. Karina gained proficiency in using medical equipment and participated in simulated emergency scenarios.

Karina is also the founder of Zynster, a company established in December 2022.

Furthermore, they were awarded a prestigious 4-year Full Tuition Leadership Scholarship as a Posse Foundation Scholar. Karina actively participated in weekly meetings, engaging in discussions on leadership and social issues, and collaborated with a diverse group of fellow Posse Scholars to share perspectives, ideas, and experiences.

Karina Aju completed high school at Rise Kohyang High School from 2018 to 2022, earning their High School Diploma. Karina then went on to attend Pepperdine University from 2022 to 2026, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. During their time at Pepperdine, Karina also participated in a Study Abroad program in London, England in 2023. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Adult and Pediatric CPR, AED, and First Aid from the American Red Cross in May 2021.
