Laura began their career as a College Intern at DuPont Agricultural Products in 1990. Laura E. then joined DuPont Titanium Technologies in 1991, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Financial Analyst and eCommerce Financial Analyst. In these roles, they provided financial analysis and support to various teams within the company, including the newly formed eCommerce team. Laura E. also played a key role in managing information technology outsourcing contracts.

In 2005, Laura joined DuPont Performance Coatings as a Finance Consultant/Senior Financial Analyst. Laura E. continued their work in financial analysis and support as the company transitioned and launched as Axalta Coating Systems in 2013. Laura E. then worked as a Finance Consultant for Axalta Coating Systems before moving to QPS, LLC in 2014.

At QPS, LLC, Laura worked as a Financial and Treasury Analyst. Their responsibilities included financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury and banking reporting, as well as support for annual audits and various financial consolidation and reporting tasks.

In 2021, Laura joined The LYCRA Company as a Financial Analyst, where they continued to apply their financial expertise.
