Shih Hao-En

Shih Hao-En is a Senior CAE Engineer at LSC ECOSYSTEM CORPORATION since June 2021, responsible for conducting structural analyses using both implicit and explicit FEA tools and leading cross-functional teams in writing DFMEAs. Prior to this role, Shih served as a CAE Engineer at 中華汽車工業股份有限公司 from August 2017 to June 2021, specializing in Finite Element Analysis, including pre-processing and both linear and nonlinear structural analyses. Shih has developed expertise in various engineering challenges such as stiffness, structural-thermal coupling, and durability assessments. Additionally, experience as a Factory Engineer at 台虹科技 in 2014 involved routine machine maintenance and inventory management. Shih holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical Engineering from National Sun Yat-Sen University, completed in 2016 and 2014, respectively.
