Chris Papa

Chris Papa has over 20 years of experience in the engineering field. Chris started their career at Marche Design as a Mechanical Design Engineer from 1997 to 1999. Chris then worked at Peterson Manufacturing Co as a Project Engineer from 1999 to 2006, and later as the Manager of New Technology from 2006 to 2008. Chris continued their career at LightWild as a Senior Engineer, specializing in Lighting and Optics, from 2008 to 2010. Chris then joined H. E. Williams, Inc as an LED Design Engineer from 2010 to 2012, and later as a Senior LED Design Engineer from 2012 to 2014. Chris was promoted to Engineering Manager at H. E. Williams, Inc from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, they joined XtraLight Energy Efficient Lighting Solutions as the Vice President of Engineering for a brief period. Currently, Chris is the Senior Vice President of Engineering at LSI Industries Inc, a position they have held since December 2019.

Chris Papa attended The University of Kansas from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
