Nelson Wesley has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in different companies. Nelson began their career at Trane, where they worked for several years in sales and marketing management positions. During their time at Trane, they successfully managed teams and played a pivotal role in turning around a failing customer air-handling business. Nelson also led the planning and launch of new product development programs.

After their tenure at Trane, Wesley joined Ingersoll Rand, where they served as the Global Product and Aftermarket Leader for Chemical Pumps and later as the Global Product and Aftermarket Leader for Material Handling. In these roles, they managed global teams and was responsible for product management, marketing, and aftermarket activities. Nelson achieved significant growth within the Oil & Gas segment and led global pricing initiatives.

Wesley then moved on to Ellis & Watts Global Industries, Inc., where they held the position of Division Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Aftermarket. Nelson managed sales, marketing, aftermarket, and bid teams, and introduced Salesforce CRM to enhance customer engagement and streamline business processes. Nelson also led a successful relaunch and rebranding effort that resulted in increased leads and customer engagements.

Most recently, Wesley joined LSI Industries Inc. as the Vice President and Executive Business Leader. In this role, they were assigned to upgrade the Lighting Pole business and achieved double-digit revenue growth. Nelson also served as the Business Leader of the Printed Retail Graphics/Decor and Digital Solutions Businesses, overseeing operations from the company's headquarters.

Nelson Wesley obtained a BA degree in Physical Science from Asbury University, where they studied from 1993 to 1996. Subsequently, they pursued a BS degree in Engineering from the University of Kentucky for the period between 1996 and 1998.
