Victor Surol has held various roles in the technology and analytics industry since 2011. Victor began their career at Amazon as a Functional Consultant in 2011. In 2013, they joined IProcess Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as an Analytics Business Development and Placements & Staffing professional, where they were responsible for understanding the market requirements on Analytics and related technologies, identifying and reaching the Analytics companies for Placement & Staffing solutions, and submitting candidates for further interview procedures. In 2015, they founded Acquisition Analytics and was the Founder Director. Also in 2015, Victor joined LSInextGen as Sr. Director - Sales & Strategy, and later as Sr. Director - Technology, Sales & Strategy. In this role, they were responsible for building Strategies for in-house products, executing Digital and Social Media Marketing Strategies, and building Go-To-Market Strategies. Lastly, they were the Director - Analytics Implementation Services.

Victor Surol obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering from the University College Of Engineering, Osmania University between 2005 and 2009. Victor has also obtained certifications from IBM, including M2090-626: IBM Cognos Business Intelligence Sales Mastery Test v3 in August 2016, C2090-620: IBM Cognos 10 BI Author, and C2090-622: IBM Cognos 10 BI Administrator.
