Ivan Vereschaga

Ivan Vereschaga is a seasoned auditor with extensive experience across various sectors, including government, nonprofit, and internal audit. Currently serving as a Senior Auditor at LSL (Lance, Soll & Lunghard, LLP) since August 2023, Ivan has previously held senior positions at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen), JBT Corporation, and RSM US LLP, specializing in the nonprofit industry and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. A former internal auditor for Herc Rentals, Ivan was the first external hire in that role, focusing on process improvement and audits across the U.S. and Canada. Ivan's career began with foundational roles at KPMG and EY Moscow, where valuable insights into diverse industries were gained. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University at Buffalo School of Management, complemented by advanced proficiency in the German language.
