Jason H. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the financial industry. Jason is currently serving as the Managing Director (Interim) DLPS at LSL Property Services plc. Prior to this, they served as a Non-Executive Director and Board Advisor at TISA UK, where they provided external opinion, thought leadership, and challenge to support the growth and development of the TISA executive team.

Jason also worked at Nationwide Building Society in multiple roles, including Director of Protection, Insurance, and Investments, Director of Later Life Planning, Director of Mortgage Distribution, Commercial Operations Director, and Director of Wealth Management. In these roles, they were responsible for strategic direction, leadership, and transformation of various propositions and oversaw the achievement of financial objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer experience.

Before joining Nationwide, Jason held the position of Head of Regulated Sales Development at Portman Building Society and Regional Sales Director at Royal London.

Jason H. pursued their education at The London Institute of Banking & Finance from 2020 to 2022. During this time, they obtained a Chartered ALIBF degree in Financial Advice.
