Gint Federas

Gint Federas has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Starting in 1991, they owned and successfully turned around a struggling franchise, achieving significant growth rates. From 2001 to 2003, they held a vice president role, driving product innovation and greatly increasing sales for an engineering company. Gint then served as President and CEO of Careside Medical LLC, focusing on strategic mergers and acquisitions. In 2009, they founded the Lazarus Team, where they led successful turnaround efforts, angel investments, and private equity acquisitions. Finally, in 2013, they became an Agency Owner for Farmers Insurance, implementing direct mail and telemarketing campaigns to grow business. Presently, Gint Federas is a semi-retired CEO of a medical device manufacturing company.

Gint Federas obtained an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Saint Mary's College of California from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, Gint obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from UCLA from 1973 to 1976. Gint also holds various certifications, including Series 6, 63 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in 2014, and insurance certifications from the California Department of Insurance in 2013.
