Svetlana Kolodiy

Svetlana Kolodiy is an accomplished software development professional with extensive experience in team leadership and software engineering across multiple industries, including FinTech and SaaS. Currently serving as Software Development Team Lead at LSports since April 2023, Svetlana previously held the position of R&D Team Leader at Quali, where leadership included overseeing a team of back-end developers in developing an EaaS platform. Prior roles include Program Manager/Senior Software Developer at nummularii, Senior Software Developer at GameFly Streaming and Applied Spectral Imaging, and Software Engineering Team Lead at Because Ltd. Svetlana holds an M.B.A. in Data Science from Tel Aviv University, an MSc in Computer Software Engineering from Braude Academic College, and a BTech in Computer Software Engineering from Braude Academic College, along with a Practical Engineer qualification from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
